Cybersecurity incidents can sometimes lead to an increase in fraudulent calls, emails, text messages, or other attempts to obtain personal information. As a general security precaution, do not respond to unsolicited calls, emails, or text messages requesting payment, banking information, passwords, account credentials, or other sensitive personal information. If you receive a suspicious electronic communication claiming to be from TruStage, USPS FCU, or another financial institution, avoid clicking unexpected links or providing personal information until you have independently verified that the communication is legitimate.
