Join the USPS FCU family now, or follow the steps below to complete your application in person or by mail.

IMPORTANT: Please review the USA Patriot Act notice before completing your membership application.

To request membership in USPS FCU, complete and print the membership application. Fill in all fields, print it out, and mail or bring it to your nearest USPS FCU branch. Opening an account requires only a $10 share deposit: $5 covers your membership fee, and the other $5 is deposited into your share account.

Please include a copy of your driver’s license and proof of eligibility, such as your most recent pay stub or the name of an immediate family member.

Contact USPS FCU, visit LiteBlue for postal pay, Go Direct for Social Security, Civil Service, etc., or contact your employer’s payroll department. Provide your membership account number and our routing number 254075441. To set up Payroll Allotment, log into your account through Online Banking, or print and complete this application and mail, fax, or bring it to the credit union.

To dispute any merchant transaction or report fraudulent activity, call 844-243-3373, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After reporting the activity, contact us at 800-877-7328 to order a new check card.

To report a lost or stolen credit card, call 833-541-0777, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For disputes, call 866-294-8958 (Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST). To change your credit card PIN, call 866-297-3413.

To activate your new credit card, call 833-541-0770.

Stop payment on an official Credit Union check.

To close your membership, please submit your request in writing. You’ll need to include your name, account number, reason for closing, and signature. Mail, fax, or hand-deliver your request to any USPS FCU branch.

Please do not email your request for security reasons. Always avoid emailing confidential or sensitive financial information.
