FAQs

  • Go to Virtual Branch
  • Click “Forgot Password” (located under “Log In” box)
  • Or email uspsfcu@uspsfcu.org with your full name and last 3 digits of your account number. Type in “Unlock Online Banking” in the subject line.
  • Email uspsfcu@uspsfcu.org with your full name and last 3 digits of your account number. Type in “Reset Online Banking” in the subject line.
  • Login to Virtual Branch
  • Click “Settings” (in the top right corner)
  • Click “Profile”
  • Click “Change Password”
  • Email uspsfcu@uspsfcu.org with your full name and last 3 digits of your account number. Type in “Reset Online Banking” in the subject line. You’ll have to go through the enrollment process all over again
  • Login to Virtual Branch
  • Click “Settings” (in the top right corner)
  • Click “Security Alerts”
  • Click “Security Questions”

Update Phone Number and/or Email:

  • Click “Email and Phone Number”

Change Address or Name:

Yes, you can access virtual banking by going to online.uspsfcupcu.org.

Your existing payments will be unaffected and will still go out as scheduled.

  • Click “Custom Recipient” next to the “To” field
  • Fill out the information necessary for the transfer
    Click “Review”
  • Login to Virtual Branch

If you have not previously set up the ability to make account-to-account transfers, please complete this form.

  • Login to Virtual Branch
  • Click the “eStatements” tab
  • Select the “Manage Delivery” tab
  • Change the “Statements” field from “Paper” to “Electronic”

To set up alerts:

  • Login to Virtual Branch
  • Click “Settings” (in the top right corner)
  • Select “Security and Alerts”
  • Select “Account and Security Alerts”
  • Follow Prompts

To set up mobile banking if not already enrolled:

  • Login to Virtual Branch
  • Click “Mobile” (in the top right corner)
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions and click “Continue”
  • Follow Prompts
  • Download USPS FCU Mobile App and login using your User ID and Password
