Our Focus Group members participate in online surveys, group dialogues, and idea sharing with the Credit Union’s community and business development teams to help better understand the needs, services, and opportunities available to better serve our members and meet the needs of the communities we serve.
To be eligible to join the group and participate you must be a current member of USPS FCU and be 18 years of age or older.
The time commitment will not Interfere with your busy schedule.
If appointed, focus group members should be prepared to participate in online surveys and virtual meetings once a quarter.
Focus group members members provide valuable feedback by offering perspectives, insights, and suggestions on Credit Union financial services. By participating in surveys and discussions, focus group members will assist in the community and business development to better serve the needs and interests of USPS FCU members and communities.
As a Focus Group member, your perspectives help improve Credit Union services, and deliver financial education and resources where it is needed the most. Focus group members will also have the opportunity to help create and streamline products that bring the most value to Credit Union Members.
Let us know if you are interested by submitting a statement of interest to Alexander Muldrow at A.muldrow@uspsfcu.org. Your statement should include your name, current contact information, how long you’ve been a member, and brief statement telling us how your voice will help improve USPS FCU. Interested members meeting eligibility requirements will be contacted by Credit Union staff.
